Replaced in 7.4.0 by OwnHost.add(Panel, int), which reads where the panel
goes in each mode from its placements; removed in 8.0.0. This is
position in both modes, whatever placements the panel declares.
startMillis must be Util.getMillis(); a value from
another clock (vanilla's System.currentTimeMillis(), for one) silently
never reports done, since the two clocks measure from a different zero. Use
HudCycleStrip.begin() and HudCycleStrip.slideProgress(SlideStart) instead, which cannot take
the wrong clock. Kept through MenuKit 7.x; removed in 8.0.0.
Replaced in 7.4.0 by Placement.around(Anchor, PanelPosition), the
anchor in the placement; removed in 8.0.0.
in(ModeScope.BOTH, Placement.around(anchor, position)) on the panel
is position(position) with this call, and needs no on.
Replaced in 7.4.0 by Panel.Builder.in(ModeScope, Placement), which picks the
mode scope; removed in 8.0.0.
in(ModeScope.BOTH, Placement.screen(position)) is this call.
